	* released btrfs-progs-6.2.2-flx2.1
	* disabled almost everything, still huge
	* only build mkfs.btrfs, btrfs, btrfstune
	* note: all of these use ~100kB of kernel-shared/*.o, which could
	  deserve being moved to a shared lib
	* patched some bloatware: pre-computed tables add ~80kB per
	  executable vs less than 700 bytes of code at init time.
