	* released grub-0.96-flx2.2
	* worked around some bios bugs which truncate LBA sector count to
	  16 bits
	* fixed some build issues on gcc4. Unfortunately it still results
	  in a non-bootable stage2 which immediately hangs. The code is
	  horrible, uses trampolines and writable strings so it can come
	  from anywhere.
