	* fix an endian bug ("little" was hardcoded)
	* disable building of perlmodules which are totally bogus since the
	  local gcc includes the toolchain's sysroot, and in the end we don't
	  use them!
	* split make sedscript and standardall in two steps since the latter
	  needs the former and it only works due to a race condition since the
	  former is faster to build
