	* released nolibc-2025.4-flx2.1
	* first release, build as noarch since it only provides include files
	* the dependency to be used in packages is "nolibc-*::noarch:*.h"
	* the sysroot is installed in /usr/include/nolibc. The kernel headers
	  are taken from the toolchain's libc by default.
	* it's normally sufficient to add -I$FLXROOTDIR/usr/include/nolibc to
	  build simple programs
