	* fixed a build issue with recent libtool (or autotools) :
          configure: WARNING: If you wanted to set the --build type, don't use --host. If a cross compiler is detected then cross compile mode will be used.
          ...
          checking if libtool supports shared libraries... no
          checking whether to build shared libraries... no
          checking whether to build static libraries... yes
          (this is caused by the linker being called with the wrong arch).
          Solution is to use --build --host instead of --host --target
