	* released ping-busybox-1.29.3-flx2.1
	* Initial release
	* based on busybox, with only 2 applets: ping, ping6
	* these applets need to have the setuid flag, so they cannot
	  be symlinks of the main busybox
	* So we can again use ping as non root (this was broken since 11.0)
