	* now builds with the toolchain
	* added a '-c' command line option to limit the number of
	  ascii columns per row on large terminals, which helps
	  keeping data aligned.
	* changed the default max offset from 2^31-1 to 2^40-1
	* made it possible to manually change the filesize with
	  the '-R' option. This could prove useful on /proc for
	  example.
